Q.    To Freeze or Not to Freeze, that is the question?
A.    Coffee acts like a sponge soaking up the moisture around it. The only time you should freeze coffee is if you purchase more coffee then you can consume in a 2 week period. When freezing coffee place in a freezer proof container and eliminate as much air as possible.  Place the fresh coffee that you are using into an air tight ceramic canister.  When you need more coffee, pull another two-week portion out of the freezer and remember, once you pull the coffee from the freezer, do not put it back.  Never place coffee in the refrigerator.  There are scents and flavor molecules floating around in the refrigerator that coffee can absorb. When storing, remember that coffee is very sensitive to. So it is best to keep it in a stable, cool environment.

Q.    Brewing?
A.    When brewing 100% Kona Coffee, we recommend cone-system drip coffee makers. French presses also make an excellent cup of Kona Coffee. Our high quality beans can be brewed strong without bitterness.
